11.30am - Guided tour of the "Old Forges" Collection of Faience: 250 pieces of "fine earthenware and black butts" exhibited in the wedding hall, made in the 19th century.
12.30am - Lunch.
15h - Guided tour and tasting in a cider farm: tradition and modernity for the manufacture of cider, pommeau and calvados, discovery of orchards. Possibility to attend a demonstration of herding dogs.
4.30 pm - Guided tour and tasting at the Rhubarb Farm: discovery of the rhubarb field, explanation of the processing of the products, visit of the processing workshop. Manufacture of rhubarb jams, fruit jams, milk jams and rhubarb nectar.

15h - Visit of the Northmaen brewery and its distillery: explanations on the different stages of manufacture of beer and whiskey: raw materials through brewing, fermentation and bottling. Visit the whiskey cellar.
